This policy applies exclusively to digital goods and services purchased through official Free Fire x NARUTO SHIPPUDEN channels or authorized platforms. Covered items include—but are not limited to—premium currency (COD Points), weapon blueprints, operator skins, battle passes, crates, bundles, and event-exclusive rewards. Physical merchandise and any items obtained through unauthorized third-party sellers are not covered by this policy.
Due to the nature of digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered. A refund may be considered only if the purchased content has not been used, activated, opened, or otherwise consumed in any way, and if there is clear, verifiable evidence of a technical fault, non-delivery, or unintended duplicate charge.
Refund requests will not be approved in the following cases: change of mind after purchase, dissatisfaction with weapon or operator performance, disappointment due to balance changes or game updates, loss of interest in the game, purchases from unofficial sources, or account suspensions/bans for violations of the Terms of Service.
If you have been charged but did not receive your purchased content, or if you were charged incorrectly, please contact our official support team with proof of payment. Once verified, we may, at our discretion, process a refund to your original payment method or credit your in-game account with the equivalent value in COD Points. In-game credits are not redeemable for cash and may only be used within Free Fire x NARUTO SHIPPUDEN.
Some platforms or payment providers operate their own refund systems. Where applicable, you may be required to follow their processes first. The outcome of their decision may impact our ability to process your request directly.

Partial refunds for bundles or multi-item purchases are not available if any part of the bundle has been used, opened, or otherwise consumed. Any interaction with a purchased item is considered usage and makes it ineligible for refund.
In cases of suspected unauthorized purchases, report the matter to our support team immediately. Proof of account ownership and other verification steps may be required. While we will work to assist you, refunds are not guaranteed for unauthorized activity.
